Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Manufacturing Technology & Analytics Leader to identify, deploy, and enable manufacturing tech and analytics across Roofing sites. This role serves as a change agent, ensuring digital tools are adopted by plant teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Reporting to the Director of Stable Operations, this position requires 50%-70% travel and ideally sits near multiple shingles plants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, analytics, or digital transformation experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%-70%.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving change in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Deploy, scale, and enable adoption of manufacturing technology and analytics across Roofing facilities.
Act as primary interface between Roofing and enterprise digital/analytics teams.
Lead safety and governance in deployment of digital tools across sites.
Drive program leadership: pilot, validate, rollout, and scale digital tools and analytics.
Enable analytics deployment to improve visibility, decision-making, and problem solving.
