Employnet, Inc. in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor mail printing and inserting machines, ensuring quality and meeting KPI goals in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires basic mechanical skills, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform routine maintenance and data entry. DOE pay range is $17–$19 per hour with first, second, and third shift options.

Formación

• Experience operating digital mail or printing machines (Ricoh preferred).
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor mail printing and inserting machines (Ricoh or similar digital print systems).
• Set up, load, and unload machines with paper, inserts, and materials (lifting 30–40 lbs consistently).
• Ensure printed materials and inserts are properly aligned, accurate, and meet quality standards.
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or print issues and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and KPI goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Complete production logs and basic computer data entry.
• Other duties as assigned
