Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking a forward-thinking Learning Technologist to advance digital learning across the organization. You will manage the LMS stack (Workday Learning, LXPs) and collaborate with global teams to design and deliver technology-enabled learning experiences.

You’ll lead the implementation of learning platforms, craft scalable digital content, and partner with instructional designers to optimize course design and accessibility, ensuring engaging learners’ experiences worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a degree in Instructional Technology, Learning Design, or related field preferred
• 5+ years' experience managing LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Docebo)
• Proficiency with eLearning development tools and digital media production
• Experience in User-Centered Design, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), learning analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management (solution integration and deployment)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Lutron University's learning technology stack, including the LMS and LXPs
• Integrate, implement, and support a variety of learning technologies
• Partner with instructional designers to advise on effective use of learning technologies
• Collaborate with the Lutron University team to create and deliver engaging, technology-enhanced learning experiences
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to learning systems and provide user support
• Guide external learning vendors on tool integration with Lutron's platforms
• Ensure accessibility, preservation, and proper management of digital learning content
• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging learning technologies
• Support creation of multimedia content (eLearning modules, videos, podcasts)
• Track, analyze, and report on learning data to monitor engagement and effectiveness
