Job summary

The Madison Metropolitan School District is seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to support MMSD in integrating digital tools to amplify learning. This role will design and provide personalized staff training and system-administer instructional platforms, such as Securly and Google for Education, with occasional after-hours work as needed.

Under the supervision of the Instructional Technology Manager, you will collaborate across departments to foster a strong information and technology plan,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Experience in instructional technology and adult learning principles.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and developing digital learning resources.

Responsibilities

• Technology Design & Support: System administers Securly, Google for Education, and other digital platforms.
• Training: Coordinate, design, and deliver District-wide training and workshops.
• Training: Deliver engaging, personalized training and gather feedback to adjust strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with the Digital Learning team and other departments to support instructional technology.
• Professionalism: Meet deadlines and follow MMSD policies; support a positive work culture.
• Other duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
