We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Designer to join our national People & Culture team on a 12 month fixed term contract, to be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

Working closely with the Head of Learning and Development and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, this role will design and deliver digital/online learning solutions that complement and contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities.

This role will form part of our national People & Culture team that encompasses Learning & Development (L&D); Talent Acquisition; Early Careers; Generalist Human Resources; Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing; Performance & Reward; and Systems & Reporting.

You will be involved in:

• creating new online training;
• reviewing and updating existing online training;
• transitioning online training from Articulate Storyline to Rise;
• proactively engaging with and managing relationships and expectations with SMEs and stakeholders; and
• developing training that aligns to internal messaging, style and branding.

About you

You will ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• at least 2 years of experience in the design and development of digital/online learning;
• experience in the design and development of digital/online learning in Articulate Rise is essential;
• the ability to create engaging rapid eLearning content to a high quality;
• experience with using AI and/or having designed and developed training on AI;
• experience using a Learning Management System (LMS);
• high levels of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills that enable you to work closely with others to develop clear and practical training on complex topics;
• strong attention to detail;
• the ability to work autonomously while also engaging with a team; and
• the ability to maintain confidentiality.
