Sheridan is hiring a Digital / Laser Print Operator to efficiently run a Digital Press and ensure high-quality print products from start to finish. The role involves operating the press, following job instructions, and collaborating with shifts to meet production goals.

You will work with a range of software, perform maintenance, and train team members while maintaining safety and quality across the workflow. Sheridan offers training, development, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 1 year of machine operating experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a Digital Press.
• Read and follow job instructions before printing.
• Use computer for daily job operations at an intermediate/advanced level.
• Ensure quality product before finishing.
• Meet production schedules and goals.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on press.
• Train other personnel as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean press area.
