Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Digital Innovation, to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across our digital initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure conformance to design controls and quality systems.

BS Engineering required with at least 2 years of project management experience. This role involves global and subsidiary projects within new product development and compliance with FDA/ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subsidiary-based and global projects within new product development scope.
• Define project objectives with senior management and stakeholders.
• Determine schedule by reviewing plans and sequencing tasks.
• Monitor progress and resolve risks to keep projects on track.
• Allocate resources and manage project phases and scope changes.
• Support design history file facilitation per Arthrex procedures.
• Ensure projects stay within approved scope and document changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM governance and speed to market.
• Track resource capacity and communicate constraints to leadership.
• Coordinate with managers for availability of downstream resources and technology.
