Job summary

Tenaska seeks an experienced Digital Infrastructure Analyst/Associate to join the Digital Infrastructure team. You will identify, evaluate, develop, and commercialize energy and infrastructure solutions for data centers, AI, and other large-load customers, coordinating across functions and driving opportunities from screening through due diligence and project development.

The role requires ownership, strong analysis, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable

Qualifications

• Proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and business decision-making skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to prepare clear presentations and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
• Ability to develop credible initial assessments quickly, even with incomplete information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, screening, evaluation, development, and commercialization of Digital Infrastructure opportunities.
• Perform analyses to evaluate opportunities, identify risks, drivers, and recommended actions.
• Develop site and interconnection assessments, project schedules, and development budgets.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholders across functions.
• Prepare development plans, schedules, budgets, and deal summaries to advance opportunities.
• Develop commercial evaluations, financial models, and customer-facing content to support decisions.
• Translate diverse information into actionable recommendations for management and project teams.
• Monitor data center, AI, power markets, and infrastructure developments relevant to Tenaska's strategy.
