Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Digital Infrastructure practice in Miami. The role focuses on supporting complex digital infrastructure matters globally, including data-center development, colocation, hyperscaler lease arrangements, and fiber network development.

The candidate will draft and negotiate transaction documents, engage in development and commercialization of fiber networks, and handle operational agreements related to infrastructure assets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactions or telecom infrastructure development.
• Data center leasing and development experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in digital infrastructure practice development.
