The role focuses on data-center development, colocation and hyperscaler leases, fiber networks, and related financings. Strong drafting and leadership in a fast-paced environment are expected.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in real estate or telecom infra, with a track record in drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Relocation and global coordination may be possible.

• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities are required.
