Job summary

ARMADA, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Digital & Imaging Specialist in Rockville, MD to support the Department of Health and Human Services. This role focuses on processing fingerprint records and maintaining PII while ensuring timely updates to Government databases.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience managing programs and/or projects.
• Experience supporting personnel security or fingerprint processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Scan fingerprint cards and update internal systems.
• Secure and store PII correctly.
• Respond to fingerprint submission inquiries.
• Assist with childcare check packages preparation.

Skills

Ability to work effectively with Government leadership

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
