Responsibilities include leading telemedicine, patient engagement, and improvement initiatives; developing training materials and ensuring program success across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN or MSN; RN license in WA or compact license.
• 3 years inpatient clinical experience (Med Surg/ICU, PACU).
• 3 years of process improvement or program management experience.
• Strong healthcare knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult staff, providers, and leadership on digital health initiatives and care delivery innovation.
• Support project management and change management across inpatient digital health portfolio.
• Oversee telemedicine and digital health initiatives in the inpatient environment.
• Lead adoption of new patient engagement systems and workflows.
