The Opportunity
  • This is a remote position.
  • Candidates must reside in Virginia or Tennessee.
  • Travel up to 60% may be required.

Responsibilities

The Digital Health Solutions Executive (DHSE) is responsible for business growth in the assigned region, focusing on Core Diagnostics, Hematology, Transfusion, and Molecular sectors. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to execute growth strategies, providing end-to-end digital health solutions, and improving operational and clinical outcomes for healthcare providers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Acquire new business by understanding customer needs and pain points.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and manage budgets.
  • Engage in C-Suite discussions on value drivers like population health and remote monitoring.
  • Identify growth opportunities through healthcare improvements and digital solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and develop strategic account plans.
  • Review account activities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Drive market share growth and expand brand reputation.
  • Research and understand customer KPIs and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The base pay ranges from $85,300 to $170,700, with variations depending on location.
