Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Digital Experience Program Lead for the OB EMBRACE initiative to advance maternal health through digital and telehealth solutions across Nebraska. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare IT, digital health, program management, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Informatics, Nursing Informatics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with enterprise clinical or business systems and customer facing programs.

• Lead planning and execution of Digital Health programs across clinical enterprise.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove barriers, and manage partner relationships.
• Ensure initiatives align with clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, and technology standards.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable digital health initiatives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end demand and relationship lifecycle for assigned programs and sites.
