Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Digital Product Manager to advocate for the customer voice across the product lifecycle. You will define the product value proposition, articulate vision, and coordinate with design, development, and analytics teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in product management or business/technical analysis, and healthcare exposure preferred. Office-based with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years related experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• 2 years in a Business or Technical Analysis, or Digital Product Management
• 2 years in the Healthcare Industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point of contact for assigned digital products internally and externally.
• Collects quantitative product data and market research. Synthesizes customer research.
• Gathers product requirements and aligns them with business goals. Coordinates with stakeholders to achieve product vision.
• Develops high-level product strategy and direction. Manages the digital product roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborates with digital design, digital development, and data & analytics counterparts to deliver products.
