Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care across outpatient and virtual settings. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, create and adjust individualized treatment plans, and use telehealth to monitor progress and expand access to care.

The role requires strong clinical evaluation and treatment-planning skills, comfort with virtual care, and excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications
