Job summary

RTX is seeking an engineer for the Multi-Product Power & Digital Department to design, test, and analyze digital and analog circuits for radar, EW, and effector products. You will troubleshoot electronics in lab or production environments and collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and hands-on experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and VHDL/Verilog, with emphasis on hardware‑software integration.

At Raytheon, the Multi-Product Power & Digital Department is responsible for FPGA and hardware designs for electronic warfare, radar, and effector products. Job responsibilities of this role include activities such as troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment, performing system and circuit level analysis, supporting failure investigations, maintaining and creating documentation, hardware and/or logic design, and interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Analog, Digital Electronics, Mixed Signal, Circuit Design or Analysis, Electrical Components, Digital Signal Processing, or PCB design.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Digital, Analog, and/or Power electronics coursework.
  • Lab experience with hardware/software integration, test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control.
  • Demonstrated experience with VHDL or Verilog coding, simulation, and synthesis.
  • Knowledge of electrical circuit design, analysis and troubleshooting using common lab equipment.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
