Qualifications

• Experience in digital and eCommerce growth strategy.
• Experience with Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect.
• Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience with Shopify / DTC eCommerce.
• Experience with ROAS, CAC, TACoS analysis.
• Agency experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own digital growth strategy for a portfolio of Ten32 clients.
• Develop and implement growth plans based on each brand's goals and performance.
• Analyze performance across Amazon, Walmart, DTC, Meta, Google, TikTok Shop, and other channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, traffic, CAC, and profitability.
• Work with paid media teams across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Meta, Google, TikTok, and retail media.
• Help develop creative strategy across ads, UGC, marketplace content, PDP assets, landing pages, and promotions.
• Develop testing strategies around creative, audiences, offers, promotions, pricing, and product positioning.
• Turn performance data into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
• Lead recurring client calls and communicate performance, priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with paid media, creative, marketplace, catalog, operations, and project management teams to ensure strategies are executed.
• Support product launches, promotional calendars, Prime events, holiday campaigns, and new channel launches.
• Proactively identify issues and opportunities rather than waiting for clients to raise them.
• Build strong relationships with founders, executives, marketing teams, and eCommerce leaders.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Digital Growth & Strategy Manager who can help develop, implement, and manage growth strategies across our portfolio of brands.

The Digital Growth & Strategy Manager will be responsible for helping drive the overall digital growth of assigned Ten32 Media clients.

This is not just an account management role. We're looking for a true digital marketer who can look across a brand's entire digital ecosystem, understand what's working, identify what's holding back growth, build a plan, and work with our internal teams to execute it.

You will work across Amazon, Walmart, DTC, Meta, Google, TikTok Shop, creative, retail media, promotions, and analytics.

The ideal candidate can look at a brand and confidently answer: What should we do next to grow?

Key Responsibilities

• Own digital growth strategy for a portfolio of Ten32 clients.

• Develop testing strategies around creative, audiences, offers, promotions, pricing, and product positioning.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a strong combination of digital marketing expertise, strategic thinking, analytical ability, creativity, and client leadership.

Experience working with CPG, food & beverage, beauty, wellness, household, or other consumer brands is a major plus. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
