Strategy teams help shape and drive the company’s growth agenda by leading enterprise business planning, aligning leadership around the most critical opportunities, and spearheading transformational work across Nike’s diverse businesses and geographies. Embedded across the company, you’ll act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders—exploring complex business questions, analyzing consumer, competitive, and market insights, building financial models, and translating ideas into action. Known for developing high‑impact talent, the Strategy organization has a strong legacy of alumni who go on to lead across Nike’s functions and businesses. You’ll be embedded within one of Nike’s Strategy teams and work closely with experienced strategists, cross‑functional partners, and senior leaders across the company.
