We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic, and customer-focused Digital Growth Marketing Manager to oversee key acquisition and growth channels.

This role is vital for driving customer acquisition, enhancing lead quality, optimizing cost-per-lead, and boosting our reputation across multiple platforms and brands.

What you'll be responsible for

  1. Channel Management: Manage lead acquisition efforts across digital platforms, focusing on optimizing performance to drive growth and visibility. Handle partnerships, affiliate programs, and local listings to ensure comprehensive customer engagement.
  2. Customer Success Oversight: Lead our partner success team to deliver excellent service, meet KPIs, and strengthen relationships with key lead partners.
  3. Reputation and Review Management: Monitor and manage ratings and reviews, respond actively to feedback, and promote positive customer experiences.
  4. Pro Acquisition Management: Oversee posting activities across channels to support pro signups, maintaining optimal posting frequency to ensure a steady flow of new professionals.
  5. Process Automation: Use tools like Retool and Zapier to automate workflows, increase operational efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
  6. Referral Program Growth: Develop strategies to expand the referral program, leveraging partnerships and incentives to boost participation.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, engineering, and customer service teams to align channel strategies with company objectives.
  8. Exploring New Channels: Continuously evaluate and test new acquisition channels, strategizing to find opportunities with positive ROI.

Requirements

  5. Hands-On and Team-Oriented: Able to manage daily channel operations, collaborate across departments, and contribute actively to team goals.
