Job summary

You will design websites, social content, emails, banners, reports, presentations, and event materials while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output for institutional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of professional digital graphic design experience.
• To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design capabilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent digital design projects from concept through production, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget requirements are met.
• Design digital graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, online advertising, conferences, presentations.
• Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including digital content, banners, infographics, reports, brochures, newsletters, presentations, logos, and brand assets.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements that align with user needs and support cohesive visual systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, creative partners, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative solutions and ensure compliance with branding and licensing requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Maintain organized production files, design assets, and documentation to support efficient project execution and future scalability.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating new tools and process improvements where appropriate.
• Provide project support, contribute to continuous process improvement, and mentor or collaborate with fellow designers as needed.
• Design and produce branded conference and event materials, including signage, booth graphics, presentation templates, digital displays, promotional collateral, and related assets.
