Job summary

Nike is hiring a Supply Chain Process Analyst II to join the Digital Order Flow & Execution team in North America Marketplace Supply Chain. The role focuses on inventory enablement and systemic alignment across fulfillment and planning systems to ensure digital orders are sourced and fulfilled efficiently while meeting delivery commitments.

You will own 30-day network readiness, ramp planning for DCs, and SOP development, collaborating with supply chain technology, integrated fulfillment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process analysis, or fulfillment execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze operational data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

Inventory enablement and sourcing alignment across systems; activate correct configurations for digital orders.
Systemic alignment of data and processes across fulfillment, planning, warehouse and transportation systems.
Develop and maintain SOPs and playbooks for operational levers; support routing and carrier decisions affecting cost-to-serve.
Create and execute ramp plans for new building activations and outages; manage annual DC and carrier closure calendars.
