Qualifications

• Six years of professional experience providing software, hardware, and wireless support including mobile forensic examination.
• Experience developing, testing, and implementing network contingency and recovery plans.
• Ability to perform packet-level analysis and interpret complex requirements.
• Knowledge of risk management processes and cybersecurity principles.
• Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and cloud models (private/public/multi-cloud/hybrid).
• IAT Level III certification is required.
• GCFE certification required within 90 days after contract award.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic analysis on computer systems and servers and investigate cybersecurity incidents.
• Collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence.
• Develop forensic examination reports and edit security publications as needed.
• Recover emails, databases, and other data as required.
• Document findings and recommend next steps.
• Evaluate and improve digital forensic tools and procedures.
• Work independently and supervise junior analysts as needed.
