Job summary

TechINT Solutions Group is recruiting for a skilled forensic analyst to work on site at the TEDAC Technical Exploitation Unit. You will support warfighter and law enforcement missions by applying advanced forensic methods to extract and analyze digital evidence from a wide range of devices.

The role involves imaging, data recovery, reverse engineering, and vulnerability assessment, with opportunities to develop new techniques and collaborate with investigators and engineers. TDYs may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with forensic analysis techniques (imaging, extracting, parsing data) from electronic devices
• Experience with commercial off the shelf forensics products (FTK, Cellebrite, MSAB XRY, Magnet AXIOM)
• Experience with advanced forensic extraction techniques (In-System Programming, JTAG, Chip-Off) using various flasher boxes or universal programmers
• Ability to prepare written documents (reports, test plans, specs, requirements, training materials)
• Ability to brief and present findings to clients and external partners; interact with client engineers and respond to technical questions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Must have TS clearance active to be considered

Responsibilities

• Contribute to full lifecycle of forensic analysis from acquisition to vulnerability assessment and capability development
• Perform forensic examinations to identify and understand information of interest in electronic devices
• Conduct reverse engineering and characterization of electronic circuits and test circuit function using instrumentation
