REVOLVE GROUP is seeking an Associate Product Developer/Designer, Footwear & Accessories in Los Angeles. This full-time role blends design creativity with development processes, from concept sketching and tech packs to vendor communication and production.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in footwear design or product development, strong CAD skills, and experience with overseas manufacturing partners. This hybrid role emphasizes footwear with cross-functional collaboration across Design, R&D, and

Qualifications

4–+ years of experience in footwear design and/or product development.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; PLM experience a plus.
Experience working with overseas vendors and manufacturing partners.
Strong Excel skills and computer proficiency.
Solution oriented and deadline driven.
Team player and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Support the design and development of seasonal footwear collections aligned with market trends and brand direction.
Research seasonal concepts, color palettes, and materials; develop and present trend reports.
Identify appropriate lasts, bottoms, uppers, and target materials each season.
Create detailed footwear sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator.
Execute tech packs from development through production.
Communicate updates and revisions to overseas vendors and manufacturing partners.
Manage sampling with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Attend fit sessions and ensure calendar and costs are maintained.
