Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership, including executive responsibility.
• Experience with Jack Henry core platforms or similar core banking systems.
• Proven ability to lead cybersecurity, data governance, BI, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise technology strategy aligned to the credit union's strategic plan.
• Lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, core banking, and disaster recovery with reliable services.
• Drive data strategy, analytics, automation, and a 360-degree CRM program enterprise-wide.
• Oversee governance, project prioritization, vendor partnerships, and technology investments.
• Partner with leadership to improve operations, member experience, and sustainable growth.
• Build and inspire a high-performing technology organization focused on accountability.
