The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of event marketing experience and strong project management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, with benefits including health insurance and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Proven experience managing an events budget with accurate forecasting.
• Ability to define KPIs and build reports linking event activity to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own all event responsibilities from industry events to webinars.
• Source, negotiate, and contract for events that align with our goals.
• Plan and execute all logistical details for each event.
• Prepare and brief the team for event objectives and logistics.
• Drive sales pipeline by partnering with sales for pre-show meetings.
