Job summary

Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment in New York offers a 12-month Digital Fellowship designed for recent graduates eager to enter sports and entertainment technology. The Fellow will rotate through Information Technology, Consumer Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics & Insights, supporting staff with hardware/software needs, project coordination, AI testing, data analysis, and KPI reporting.

Candidates should be highly proactive, excellent communicators, and able to work full-time.

Qualifications

Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Proactive, thoughtful team member eager to learn and grow.
Able to work full-time for the duration of the program.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Prior work experience in the department is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware and software related issues.
Imaging and computer configurations through Intune and Jamf; updating and patching.
Assist in game day operations and system functionality.
Inventory management on assets and assistance on Digital projects/tasks.
Form Creation & Data Capture: Build and maintain digital forms using Form Titan with Salesforce integration.
Website Event Development: Publish event pages and maintain event details on Barclayscenter.com.
