OVERALL FUNCTION

• The Digital Fellow works directly with our fundraising teams to learn from some of the top strategists in the country.
• Our fellows assist in the development and execution of cutting‑edge digital programs and learn the ins-and-outs of email fundraising from top to bottom.
• Reports to the Digital Fundraising Manager or designated supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting fundraising emails and text messages.
• Learning to code emails and web pages with HTML / CSS.
• Brainstorming content for our clients.
• Q/Aing digital content and client deliverables.
• Perform other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Committed to progressive causes and electing Democratic candidates nationwide.
• Excited to learn basic HTML / CSS code.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; we cannot sponsor visas.

COMPENSATION

• $20 an hour.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Term: Spring/Summer 2026 – March, or earlier, through July.
• Full‑time hours; 30 hours a week. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
• Most spring fellows commence in late March and finish in August.
• Exceptional fellows may receive an extension or full‑time status.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Fully remote workforce.
• Sedentary work; extended time spent in front of a computer screen.
• Repetitive motion: typing.
