Summary

The Digital Experience Coordinator supports the development, maintenance, and optimization of Utah Soccer’s web and digital platforms. This role contributes to the day-to-day execution of website and app experiences across all Utah Soccer and affiliated properties, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and fan-focused digital touchpoints. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, Communications, and Business Intelligence teams, this role supports CMS operations, UX/UI enhancements, content publishing workflows, performance analysis, and matchday digital execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, collaborative, and eager to grow their technical and digital product skill set in a fast-paced professional sports environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of team websites and digital platforms using league-mandated and internal CMS tools.
  • Performs CMS builds, updates, rebuilds, testing, and ongoing platform improvements in collaboration with MLS and internal stakeholders.
  • Execute content publishing workflows, campaign launches, troubleshooting, and quality assurance across web and app platforms.
  • Contribute to UX/UI enhancements and digital experience improvements to optimize fan engagement and usability.
  • Support matchday digital operations, including live content publishing, updates, and web-based livestream support as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Communications to support fan engagement and revenue initiatives.
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to review digital performance data and support insights-driven recommendations.
  • Assist with SEO optimization efforts, site structure updates, and evaluation of new digital features or tools.
  • Create and maintain digital assets including landing pages, navigation elements, layouts, forms, and other marketing-related web components.
  • Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality standards across all owned digital channels.
  • Support corporate partnership activations by fulfilling digital asset and placement requirements.
  • Assist with platform documentation, process improvements, and internal best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant education or professional experience in web design, UX/UI, digital media, marketing, computer science, CMS management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working within a CMS environment.
  • Foundational understanding of UX/UI principles and digital experience best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from web analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams’ schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting mobile apps or digital product initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital operations, website maintenance, CMS management, or UX/UI.
  • Experience with Deltatre FORGE CMS or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Basic web design experience (HTML/CSS familiarity a plus).
  • Experience in professional sports, entertainment, or live event environments.
  • Copywriting experience for digital platforms.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
Physical & Environmental Requirements

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 5 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 10 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing etc.
