The Marine Systems organization, part of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, is searching for an individual to join the Digital Ecosystem Team / Synergy Department in building digital engineering capabilities for programs within the Marine Systems Division. This position is full-time onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.What you will get to do:The successful candidate will support the Digital Ecosystem Team from the ground floor in defining, developing and implementing Digital Engineering capabilities across the functional areas and major programs here at Marine Systems. You will support the development of an integrated model-based engineering environment that connects system architecture, requirements, 3D product definition/CAD, analysis models, and engineering/manufacturing data throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate across both business and technical functions to support identification of new tools & tool integrations to enable the digital thread.In addition, you will have a direct hand in the development of tool integrations, as well as data visualization, analytic, and reporting tools. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
