We are seeking a Digital Engineer Consultant to lead and support digital engineering delivery across resources-based projects including oil & gas, mining, and industrial sectors.

This role combines technical execution, client relationship management, and strategic innovation to drive high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments and brings a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver digital projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring quality and standards compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Lead digital teams in developing workflows, engineering plans, and optimizing delivery processes.
• Support go-to-market strategies, business development, and R&D efforts.
• Drive innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies and digital platforms.

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in energy, mining, or industrial sectors or relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital engineering, data lifecycle, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with digital twin platforms such as Aveva, Bentley, Samsung, and design tools like Revit and Maximo.
• Familiarity with data interoperability, relational databases, and digital workflows.
• Commercially aware, with experience in client engagement, proposals, and strategic scoping.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
