Actalent is seeking a Powertrain Digital Engineer for a contract position in Georgetown, KY. The role emphasizes digital engineering support for powertrain components and production preparation, with a focus on reducing costs and lead times.
The ideal candidate will manage drawings, layouts, and 3D models across AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, Revit, and related Autodesk tools. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide Digital Engineering (DE) support for Powertrain Unit projects. The role focuses on production preparation elements for Internal Combustion Engines, Hybrid Transmissions, Axles, and other potential Powertrain components. The aim is to enhance the completeness and quality of process and equipment planning activities to reduce manufacturing costs and production preparation lead-time.
This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, KY.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
