This role is M-F, Hybrid with onsite work in-office included. We look forward to considering you! The Student Intern receives academic credit in accordance with school and internship guidelines. The MGB internship program provides hands-on professional learning experiences specific to the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; relevant field highly preferred.
• Strong time management, prioritization and organization abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and pivot within scope for business needs.
• Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to take initiative and common goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support to Finance and Administrative applications across MGB.
• Assist with implementation and support of enterprise tools (Qualtrics, Adobe Sign, Ellucid, Graduway, Microsoft Tools).
• Support internal colleagues, business units and stakeholders as part of the Digital Employee Tools team.

Mass General Brigham Digital, an organization focused on driving digital innovation and research within the Mass General Brigham healthcare system. It encompasses various initiatives and teams that leverage technology to advance healthcare, including research computing, digital health innovation, and clinical research related to artificial intelligence.
The Student Intern receives academic credit in accordance with school and internship guidelines. The MGB internship program provides hands-on professional learning experiences specific to the department.
The Student Intern is vital to the team and will provide end-user support to various applications currently used by Finance and Administrative functions across MGB.
The portfolio of applications includes but is not limited to: Qualtrics (Employee Surveys), Adobe Sign (eSignature), Ellucid (Policy Management), Graduway (Alumni Management), Microsoft Tools; the position will also assist with the implementation and support of other enterprise tools and processes aimed at improving the employee experience.

Qualifications

Education

* High School Diploma or Equivalent required

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, required; relevant field highly preferred

Working Model

• M-F Eastern Business hours required; up to 40 hours per week. Onsite Flexible working model includes onsite work weekly and events at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.
• Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant
• Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible
• October or November start date preferred, 3-6 month intern desired, with some flexibility
