Job summary

SPS is seeking a Digital Document Specialist to classify scanned documents, enter data into predefined fields, and ensure quality in a fast-paced production environment. You will protect sensitive information, adhere to SLAs, and support multiple accounts while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

A high school diploma and accurate typing are required, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and high-volume data entry experience.
• Fast, accurate alpha-numeric typing skills.
• Comfortable in a production environment and with technology.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies.

• Capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
• Familiarity with document imaging software (desired).

Responsibilities

• Classifying scanned documents by checking form fields and inputting information into pre-defined fields.
• Ensuring the quality of scanned documents.
• Processing documents while maintaining accuracy as guaranteed in client SLAs.
• Matching corresponding paperwork to accounts and applying appropriate business rules.
• Adhering to governmental regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Protecting organizational assets and maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Upholding ethical standards and complying with business principles.
• Assisting in other operational areas as needed.
