Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with digital-first design across web, social, email and ads.
• Proficiency in responsive, mobile-first design and accessibility.
• Experience designing for digital environments such as websites and emails.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong visual design fundamentals and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets and experiences for Merrell across websites, landing pages, social, ads, and email.
• Apply insights and performance data to improve digital experiences.
• Translate brand direction and goals into polished, channel-aware creative.
• Create layouts, design-system components, and production-ready assets for fast delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative direction.
