Job summary

Dagne Dover in New York, NY onsite is seeking a Digital Designer to bring campaigns to life across digital and print. You’ll work closely with the digital marketing team to concept, execute, and prioritize creative work, while partnering with leadership to evolve brand strategy and visual storytelling.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, collaborate with advertising partners, and contribute to messaging as the brand grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma.
• Video editing is a plus.
• Strong visual storytelling and brand strategy understanding.
• Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Concept, execute, manage, and prioritize creative campaigns with the digital marketing team.
• Create email campaigns, ad creative, store signage, ecommerce design, and other assets.
• Collaborate with the creative director and lead designer to grow brand strategy.
• Coordinate with advertising partners and maintain project momentum.
• Own projects end-to-end and share results with the broader team.
• Contribute to visual storytelling and messaging as the brand evolves.

Join Dagne Dover in New York, NY (onsite) as a Digital Designer and help bring campaigns to life across digital and print. In this role, you’ll work close to the digital marketing team to concept, execute, and prioritize creative work, while partnering with creative leadership to evolve brand strategy, messaging, and visual storytelling. What you’ll do

• Partner with the digital marketing team to concept, execute, manage, and prioritize creative campaigns.
• Create a range of deliverables including email campaigns, ad creative, store signage, ecommerce design, and other marketing assets such as OOH and ads.
• Collaborate closely with the creative director and lead designer to support and grow brand strategy in alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Work with advertising partners, applying strong project management and communication to keep projects moving.
• Own your projects end-to-end, then share collaboration, planning, and results with the broader team throughout the process.
• Contribute to brand strategy concepting by shaping visual storytelling and messaging as the Dagne brand creative evolves.

What you bring
