Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation is seeking a Digital Design and MBD/MBE Engineer in Indianapolis with hybrid work (3 days on site). The role focuses on expanding Siemens NX functionality through AI, regression tests, and PLM/MBD tooling such as PMI Advisor, MBD Logic Editor, NX Checkmate.

You’ll automate CAD features and drive product definition master models for design and manufacturing. The position requires a engineering degree with 2+ years’ experience or higher, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering with 2+ years experience or advanced degree.
• U.S. Citizenship required for eligibility.
• Advanced CAD modeling in Siemens NX is essential.
• Experience with PLM software (Teamcenter) and GD&T per ASME Y14.5M/ISO.
• Automation of geometric feature creation and data analysis are important.

Responsibilities

• Enhance NX functionality and automate geometry creation for efficiency.
• Own tactical MBD solutions (ANARK, CADIQ, STEP) globally.
• Support LOTAR, MBD and NX Open activities and related guidance.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to build product definition master models.
• Communicate effectively across global teams and industry groups.
