Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer for onsite work in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on design, analysis, simulation, testing and troubleshooting of digital electronic modules and CCAs for missile applications, requiring experience with processors, FPGAs, memory and interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and UART.

Travel is limited to under 10% annually. Qualified candidates should have a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Digital circuit design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulation, test and troubleshoot digital electronic modules/CCAs for Missile applications.
• Collaborate with other Engineering disciplines, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with requirements.
• Qualified candidates must be experienced in all aspects of circuit card design including hardware designs with processors, FPGAs, memory, and industry interfaces, such as PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and UART.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
