The role requires 5+ years in AEC, strong Revit/Dynamo/Rhino/Grasshopper skills, and a proven ability to translate complex workflows into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AEC, computational design, or practice technology.
• Demonstrated advanced BIM and digital workflow expertise.
• Ability to translate tech into scalable project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced digital workflows, tools, and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with directors and BIM managers to evaluate technologies and translate into scalable solutions.
• Support pilot initiatives and roll out new tools across offices.
• Provide advanced technical support for Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, and related platforms.
• Train teams in automation tools and computational design workflows.
• Integrate data, models, and workflows for coordinated digital delivery.
