Marathon Petroleum Company LP in Findlay, OH, is seeking a senior Delivery Leader to oversee PMs, RTEs, and Scrum Masters, driving disciplined, high-quality delivery for critical business initiatives. Required are a Bachelor’s degree and extensive IT/Agile leadership experience, with preferred certifications such as CSM and PMI-ACP.

Oversees all project managers, release train Engineers (RTEs), and scrum masters, ensuring disciplined, predictable, high‑quality delivery across business‑critical initiatives. Accountable for delivery execution standards and continuous improvement of delivery practices in support of the Digital operating model. Partners closely with Portfolio Management, the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), Product leadership, and business stakeholders to align delivery capabilities to prioritized work, advance agile maturity, strengthen delivery practices, and enable successful execution of business outcomes
