Job summary

VEC is seeking a Digital Delivery Project Administrator (DDPA) to drive data flow and KPI visualization for a single data center project in the United States. You will map cross‑platform data sources, administer DCS inputs, and translate spatial, financial, and logistical updates into executive dashboards.

You will build automated tools to measure asset readiness from design through handover, validate data sets, and escalate issues with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction data management and delivery.
• Familiarity with BIM/VDC basics and CDE workflows.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, issue logs, project dashboards, and reporting routines.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage documents, models, and data uploads.
• Maintain action item logs and project status summaries.
• Assist in CDE compliance checks and data governance.
• Support weekly/monthly reporting packages and dashboard updates.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams across the project.
