We are currently seeking a Digital Customer Success Lead to serve as the dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for one of our strategic original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accounts. This role will be the central liaison, driving data democratization initiatives, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting our digital journey through a unified approach to project delivery and process improvement.

We are currently seeking a Digital Customer Success Lead to serve as the dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for one of our strategic original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accounts. This role will be the central liaison, driving data democratization initiatives, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting our digital journey through a unified approach to project delivery and process improvement.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Smyrna, TN location.

Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital and operational interactions between Wallenius Wilhelmsen and the OEM
- Establish and maintain structured communication cadence (bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly touchpoints)
- Proactively update OEM on initiatives, roadblocks, and opportunities
- Translate technical concepts into business value for OEM stakeholders
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across both organizations
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and accessibility across shared systems
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards to meet customer reporting needs
- Manage full lifecycle of digital initiatives from requirements to implementation
- Facilitate change management and solution adoption
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation opportunities
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related fiel
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing technology roles
- Proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement Experience with data integration, APIs, and system interfaces
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and access control principles
- Strong proficiency with Power BI
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels of organizations
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
- Experience in automotive, logistics, or supply chain industries strongly preferred
- Knowledge of SQL and data query concepts
- Project management expertise (PMP or similar certification a plus)
