We’re looking for a Digital Creative & 3D Designer to join our high-performing creative team and help bring our supplement brand’s visual identity to life. In this role, you’ll create impactful digital content—including static ads, social media graphics, landing page assets, and realistic 3D product renders.This position is ideal for someone with e-commerce experience who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, works independently, and collaborates effectively with marketing and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Creative Design: Develop high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
- Web & Email Graphics: Create visual assets for product pages, email campaigns, and landing pages
- Social Media Visuals: Design on-brand graphics for organic and paid content
- Landing Page Design Support: Prepare visual assets for platforms like Replo, Shogun, and Webflow
- 3D Product Renders: Use Blender (or similar tools) to produce photorealistic visuals of supplement products
- Design System Management: Build and maintain templates and design kits for streamlined workflows
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity across digital platforms
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, copywriters, and marketers
- Feedback Implementation: Interpret and apply feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong visual skills in layout, typography, branding, and color theory backed by a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Competent in Blender (or other 3D software) for product renders
- Strong photo editing skills with a keen eye for lighting, white balance, and composition; highly detail-oriented
- Experience in Figma for design systems and UI/UX collaboration
- Familiarity with Canva for quick or collaborative visual work
- Experience with Replo, Shogun, Webflow, or other landing page tools
- Familiarity with AI creative tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and other generative design technologies
- Knowledge of digital best practices for conversion-driven design
- Understanding of DTC e-commerce and digital marketing asset requirements
- Ability to take ownership of creative projects from concept to completion
- Clear and consistent communication in written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in both design and file management
