Job summary

Teleion is seeking a Digital Copywriter to join our Seattle team. The role focuses on copy across web, app, and digital marketing surfaces, with emphasis on SEO/SEM and on-brand storytelling for a broad audience.

You will craft copy with attention to layout, placement, and accessibility, working in an agile sprint-based environment. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product stakeholders, optimize copy for CTR and conversions, and ensure compliance reviews fit within brand voice.

Qualifications

• Digital copywriting portfolio with SEO/SEM demonstrated.
• Experience writing for digital surfaces with placement, layout considerations.
• Comfort in agile/sprint delivery with iterative feedback.
• Versatile tone for a broad age range.
• Hands-on SEO copywriting: meta titles/descriptions, internal linking.
• SEM/paid ads copy and A/B testing experience.
• UX writing and microcopy sensibility.
• Ability to read performance data to inform revisions.
• WCAG-conscious writing.
• Regulated environment writing with legal/compliance reviews.
• Familiarity with CMS (Optimizely or similar).

Responsibilities

• Write and revise copy across digital experiences (web, app, digital marketing surfaces).
• Apply SEO/SEM best practices to copywriting and optimize for placement, layout, and sizing.
• Deliver tone that works for a broad, all-ages audience while staying true to brand storytelling.
• Work within an agile delivery model with feedback and remediation cycle.
