Tower Hill Insurance Group LLC in Florida seeks a Digital Content Strategist to craft and execute digital marketing content across our brand. This role focuses on storytelling and multimedia production to elevate brand visibility across our digital channels.

The position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives, delivering engaging content for web, emails, blog, and social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content development, social media management, search engine, email marketing, multi-media production or related marketing functions required.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, analytics, or related disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital content plans to support marketing campaigns and audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Create engaging content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Maintain digital content calendars aligned with campaigns and priorities.
• Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and interactive content to showcase our brand and story.
• Coordinate and support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, social media engagement, and other key metrics; analyze results and recommend improvements.
• Research digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance engagement and user experience.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content supports brand standards and objectives.
• Coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers supporting digital marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate digital marketing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and content quality.

The Digital Content Strategist develops and executes digital marketing strategies and content initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support organizational objectives, and enhance audience engagement. This position creates engaging, on-brand content across digital channels, including website, blog, emails and social media, to enhance brand visibility and sentiment. This role requires a creative, versatile thinker with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing trends and multimedia production. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital content aligns with brand standards, marketing objectives, and organizational priorities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop digital content plans to support marketing campaigns, organizational priorities, and audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Develop and produce engaging digital content across websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Develop and maintain digital content calendars to align marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and organizational priorities.
• Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and interactive content to showcase our brand and story.
• Coordinate and support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional communications, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, social media engagement, and other key performance metrics. Analyze results and recommend strategies to improve engagement and strengthen the company’s presence.
• Research digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry best practices and recommend opportunities to enhance digital engagement and user experience.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital content supports brand standards, marketing objectives, and organizational priorities.
• Coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers supporting digital marketing and content initiatives.
• Evaluate digital marketing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, content quality, consistency, audience engagement, and brand visibility.

EDUCATION

Previous insurance or financial services industry experience a plus.

CERTIFICATIONS

Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
