Job summary

Tower Hill Insurance Group is seeking a Digital Content Strategist in Florida to develop and execute digital marketing content across websites, blogs, emails, and social channels. The role requires a creative storyteller with a strong digital marketing mindset and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage content calendars, produce multimedia content, and optimize campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years in digital marketing, content development, social media management, email marketing, or multimedia production.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

The Digital Content Strategist develops and executes digital marketing strategies and content initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support organizational objectives, and enhance audience engagement. This position creates engaging, on‑brand content across digital channels, including website, blog, emails and social media, to enhance brand visibility and sentiment. This role requires a creative, versatile thinker with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing trends and multimedia production. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital content aligns with brand standards, marketing objectives, and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is an idea‑driven, takes initiative and creative problem solver who likes to get things done.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop digital content plans to support marketing campaigns, organizational priorities, and audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Develop and produce engaging digital content across websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Develop and maintain digital content calendars to align marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and organizational priorities.
• Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and interactive content to showcase our brand and story.
• Coordinate and support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional communications, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, social media engagement, and other key performance metrics. Analyze results and recommend strategies to improve engagement and strengthen the company’s presence.
• Research digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry best practices and recommend opportunities to enhance digital engagement and user experience.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital content supports brand standards, marketing objectives, and organizational priorities.
• Coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers supporting digital marketing and content initiatives.
• Evaluate digital marketing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, content quality, consistency, audience engagement, and brand visibility.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content development, social media management, search engine, email marketing, multi‑media production or related marketing functions required.

Previous insurance or financial services industry experience a plus.

CERTIFICATIONS

Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
