Job summary

WNXP, part of Nashville Public Radio, is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to manage online content across websites, social media, and other digital platforms. You will create, edit, publish content, and optimize engagement while maintaining WNXP's voice.

Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams; produce live social content at events, manage newsletters, and oversee content on WNXP.org. This is a full-time, exempt role based in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and editing video for social platforms.
• Ability to write in a consistent brand voice across formats.
• Proven skill in developing social content and calendars.
• Familiarity with social analytics and audience behavior.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams.
• Experience with content management on CMS and basic SEO fields.
• Knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, publish, and optimize content across social, web, and email.
• Maintain WNXP's voice and brand consistency across channels.
• Coordinate content schedules and collaborate with sponsorship teams.
• Develop content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; live content at events.
