Job summary

Stearns Bank is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Manager in St. Cloud, MN to lead our HubSpot-driven marketing engine. The role builds, executes, and optimizes campaigns, content, and web experiences that generate qualified leads and drive growth.

The candidate will bring hands-on HubSpot expertise and a proactive, content-first mindset. The ideal candidate will manage content strategy, SEO, and marketing automation, collaborating with sales and product teams to translate financial topics

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital and content marketing.
  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation and management experience.
  • B2B marketing experience targeting business audiences.
  • HubSpot Content Hub expertise, including website management, landing pages, and smart content.
  • Proven experience building complex HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and automation sequences.
  • Strong SEO knowledge with on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of B2B content.
  • Experience with HubSpot reporting and analytics dashboards.
  • Demonstrate self-management and accountability while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the HubSpot platform end-to-end across Content Hub, Marketing Hub, and CRM.
  • Build and maintain complex workflows, automated nurture sequences, and multi-touch campaigns.
  • Create and deploy smart content experiences that personalize messaging based on lifecycle stage, industry, and persona.
  • Build, manage, and optimize landing pages with CTAs and A/B testing.
  • Maintain Stearns Bank website using HubSpot Content Hub with brand consistency.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy aligned to buyer journeys.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and website analytics to identify improvements.
  • Develop testing roadmaps using A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement.
  • Write, edit, and manage high-quality digital content including blogs, case studies, emails, and web copy.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, sales, and product teams to translate complex financial topics into clear content.
  • Own the organic search strategy, conduct keyword research, and optimize on-page content.
  • Monitor SEO performance with tools like Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns from concept to measurement.
  • Build and manage campaign assets within HubSpot: emails, lists, enrollment criteria, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Track KPIs and deliver regular performance reports with insights for optimization.
  • Ensure consistent Stearns brand voice and customer experience across digital channels.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance to drive measurable business results.
  • Monitor platform health, integrations, and data integrity across HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Maintain marketing databases with audience segmentation and data quality for campaigns.
  • Identify content gaps and upcoming deadlines to prevent issues.
  • Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and personalization.
  • Leverage HubSpot features like smart content, buyer intent signals, lead scoring, and personalization.

For this position, we anticipate a salary range between $110,000 - $120,000.Final employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.

JOB SUMMARY

Stearns Bank is seeking an experienced Digital Content Marketing Manager to lead our HubSpot-powered digital marketing strategy. This role is the cornerstone of our B2B digital engine responsible for building, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns, content, and web experiences that generate qualified leads and support business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, anticipates project needs before they arise, and brings deep HubSpot expertise alongside a hands‑on approach to content, SEO, and marketing automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage the HubSpot platform end-to-end across Content Hub, Marketing Hub, and CRM.
  • Build and maintain complex workflows, automated nurture sequences, and multi‑touch campaigns.
  • Create and deploy smart content experiences that personalize messaging based on lifecycle stage, industry, and persona.
  • Build, manage, and optimize landing pages with compelling CTAs and A/B testing.
  • Manage and update the Stearns Bank website using HubSpot Content Hub, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy aligned to buyer journeys and business objectives.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and website analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Build and manage campaign assets within HubSpot: emails, lists, enrollment criteria, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
  • Track campaign KPIs, deliver regular performance reports, and optimize based on results.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling Stearns brand voice, messaging, and customer experience across all digital channels and marketing touchpoints.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to optimize future content, improve engagement, and drive measurable business results.
  • Monitor platform health, manage integrations, and ensure data integrity across the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Maintain the integrity of marketing databases by overseeing audience segmentation, list hygiene, email validation, and CRM data quality to ensure effective campaign execution and compliance.
  • Proactively identify project needs, upcoming deadlines, and content gaps before they become issues.
  • Continuously evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing technologies, tools, and digital capabilities that improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Hubspot features such as smart content, buyer intent signals, lead scoring, behavioral automation, and personalization to enhance the customer experience and drive conversations.
  • Partner with Compliance, Product, Sales, and Business Unit leaders to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and content marketing.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on HubSpot implementation and management experience.
  • B2B marketing experience and a demonstrated ability to market to business audiences.
  • HubSpot Content Hub expertise, including website management, landing page creation, and smart content.
  • Proven experience building complex HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and automation sequences.
  • Strong SEO knowledge, including on‑page optimization, keyword strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of B2B content.
  • Experience with HubSpot reporting and analytics dashboards.
  • Demonstrate exceptional self‑management, accountability, and follow‑through while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and priorities to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a culture of responsiveness.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • HubSpot certifications (Content Marketing, Marketing Hub, & CMS Hub).
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or a regulated industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to manage your workload and timelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM‑integrated lead scoring and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, or third‑party SEO platforms.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management platform preferred.
