News Channel 20/FOX Illinois is seeking a Digital Content Lead for a full-time role in our newsroom. You will manage real-time multi-platform journalism, shape web and social strategies, and guide newsroom staff to maximize audience growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital journalism, strong CMS and SEO analytics skills, and proven leadership in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Journalism or related field is required; a clear driving record is essential.

Compensation:

The base salary compensation range for this role is $45K-$50K. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
